1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using silver.afzina.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. About Afzina Silver

Afzina Silver is a trading name of Sayed Mohamed Trade & Investment SPC, operating in the Sultanate of Oman. We specialize in collectible silver coins, silver bars, and silver shot sourced from verified international mints and suppliers.

3. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old,
• Provide accurate and complete information,
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Products & Collectible Status

4.1 Nature of Products

Afzina Silver sells collectibles, investment-grade bullion, and limited-mintage products. Images may display the product with enhanced photography for clarity. Minor variations may occur due to minting or finishing processes.

4.2 Availability & Mintage

Many products are limited-edition. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.

4.3 Purity & Authenticity

All items are sourced from reputable mints. Each product listing clearly states: purity (e.g., .999 / .9999), weight, mint/issuer, and whether it includes a COA or box. We guarantee authenticity of every item we sell.

5. Pricing

5.1 Currency

All prices are listed in OMR (Omani Rial) unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Market Volatility

Silver prices fluctuate. Prices may change without notice until your order is confirmed and paid.

5.3 Taxes & Duties

Orders delivered within Oman may be subject to VAT or customs duties. In accordance with Omani tax regulations.

6. Orders

6.1 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after: Payment is successfully processed, and You receive an official confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

6.2 Incorrect Information

You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

7. Payments

We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways. Your card/payment information is not stored on our servers. Fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment methods will result in order cancellation and may be reported to the relevant Omani authorities.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Delivery Locations

We ship across the Sultanate of Oman and selected international destinations.

8.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on product availability, courier performance, public holidays and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

8.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to you once the order is handed to the courier or shipping agent. We offer the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If you choose to decline shipping insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery that occurs after the package has left our premises. We are not responsible for courier delays.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9.1 No Returns for Bullion or Collectibles

Due to the market volatility of precious metals and in line with Omani Consumer Protection Law exceptions for goods subject to price fluctuation, all sales are final and non-returnable once confirmed, unless: the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, or the wrong item was shipped.

9.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item, packaging details, and order number. We will review and replace or refund when appropriate, in compliance with Omani law requiring the supplier to remedy defects.

9.3 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before payment is processed. Once payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted.

10. Buy-Back Policy

We offer a buy-back service for silver bullion, bars, shot, and collectible coins originally purchased from Afzina Silver, under the following conditions:

10.1 Eligibility
 Only items sold with guaranteed purity (Section 4.3) and confirmed to be in good, undamaged condition are eligible. We reserve the right to decline any item based on condition, authenticity, or current inventory requirements.

10.2 Pricing

• Collectible Coins (Proof, High Relief, Antique Finish, Limited Mintage, etc.)
  Buy-back price = 20% below the current retail price listed on silver.afzina.com

• Bullion Products (Bars, Silver Shot, Investment-Grade Silver)
  Buy-back price = 6% below the current retail price listed on silver.afzina.com

Both rates are independent of the original purchase price and cover inspection, handling, market-risk hedging, and administrative costs.

10.3 Process
 To initiate a buy-back, contact us at support@afzina.com with your original order number. The transaction will only be completed after physical inspection and authenticity verification.

10.4 Payment
 Buy-back payments will be issued via bank transfer in OMR after successful verification.

11. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders and preferences. You are responsible for: maintaining your login security, notifying us of unauthorized access, and keeping your information accurate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse or fraud.

12. Website Usage

You agree not to: engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities, misuse or reverse-engineer any part of the website, publish harmful content or attempt unauthorized access. Violation may lead to suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product descriptions, and branding on silver.afzina.com belong to Afzina Silver or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Afzina Silver is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events, fluctuations in silver prices or market values. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

15. Compliance With Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing or owning collectible silver is legal in your jurisdiction. Products containing artistic, historical, cultural, or mythological depictions (including nudity or symbolic imagery) are sold strictly as collectible items. Afzina Silver does not endorse, promote, or take any position regarding the themes depicted; all imagery is provided as artistic representation only.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Oman. We encourage resolving minor disputes amicably or via the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) before resorting to the courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
